To get help or contact support launch Intercom by clicking on the pink circle in the bottom right corner of the screen. This icon is available on every page to easily get in touch without navigating away from the screen you are using.
Click on Send us a Message.
Enter your name, email address and query into the free-text field and the PlayBooks team will reply via email as soon as they can.
Once you’ve sent us your query, click on the pink circle in the bottom right corner again to minimise the pop-up.
Note: you can only access support directly when you are logged in to the app.
