Add an Agenda Item

To add an Agenda, select the meeting from the Meeting View.

To add a new agenda item, click on the + icon. This will create a new agenda point below where you can type in the information. Each agenda item has a character limit of 250 characters. Hit the enter key to save.

Edit & Delete Agenda Items

To re-arrange the order of you agenda items, hold your mouse on the two vertical lines on the left of the agenda point and drag and drop to its new location.

To delete an agenda item, hover your mouse over the agenda item and a trash can will appear on the right side. Click the trash can and follow the prompts to delete.

You can easily use the Guest Meeting Link to share the meeting agenda with your client. This link can be copied to your clipboard using the copy symbol next to the text, or you can click the link and it will open the client-facing agenda in a new window. You can share this publicly viewable link with your client.

The client will be able to open and view the agenda, however, they won't be able to rearrange or delete any of your agenda items. The client will not be able to see your Private Notes.

Your client can add their own agenda items by clicking the + icon. They can delete their own agenda items. They can also tick off any assigned action items.
